Spurrell Foraging has been working closely with Chef Ryan Spurrell and Chef Sarah Cremona to expand our small business and develop a delicious range of natural preserves! We’ve been working on everything from sweet and savoury jams, marmalades and jellies to ketchup, salts and fruit cordials using native botanicals and Liam’s personally chosen foraged flavours. Better still, this new venture is created with local produce, supporting local businesses.
